Dr Tracey Stead is a trainer, facilitator, and certified professional coach with extensive experience across academia, research, and both the public and private sectors.
Her consultancy delivers training and development across the UK and internationally. She specialises in leadership coaching and development for higher education and research leaders, and is known for facilitating collaborative events that bring together academics, stakeholders, and funders.
She currently co-leads the leadership development programme for the Future Leaders Fellows Development Network, where she coordinates and delivers coaching and leadership training for hundreds of UKRI-funded research leaders.
